On Saturday the 20th
January 2007, Managing Director and Owner of X-Yachts, Lars Jeppesen,
was handed
over the Award “European Yacht of the Year 2006/07” for the X-55 at
the boot Düsseldorf in Germany.

The jury, consisting of journalists from ten European boat
magazines, had test sailed the X-55 in IJmuiden in Holland in
September 2006. Among the journalists was Vanni Galgani, who test
sailed the X-55 for the Italian magazine Fare Vela. X-Yachts has got
